Can I order if another optometrist prescribed INFUSE?
Yes, outside prescriptions can be considered. We must receive or verify a current, valid contact lens prescription before lenses can be supplied.
Can I use VSP or EyeMed?
Our office is experienced with VSP and EyeMed benefits. Whether a particular order is eligible for in-network online processing must be verified against the plan and applicable provider agreements before the final balance is confirmed.
Does the $300 reward come off my cart?
No. Manufacturer rewards are redeemed separately after an eligible completed purchase. The amount and eligibility depend on the specific program terms and timing. The reward is not cash deducted at checkout.
Do I need a new contact lens fitting?
If you already have a current, valid contact lens prescription specifying your INFUSE product, your prescriber generally does not need to be Tatum Eyecare. New or changed lens prescriptions require appropriate fitting by an eye care professional.
